About me
My name is Matt Stephenson
I have worked in Technology for over 30 years, with more than half that time in Senior Leadership positions. With Stepthinking, I want to bring common sense, pragmatic and jargon-free Technology Transformation and Leadership to businesses and business leaders.

Before Stepthinking I followed a fairly traditional technology career path as a software developer and architect, before shifting focus into leadership.
I have held Senior Leadership and Executive roles with business such as Moneysupermarket.com, MAG (Airports), THG, Cox Automotive and EMaC.

In addition to my leadership and consultancy work I have written three leadership books and operate a leadership YouTube channel @Stepthinking.

I am married with three children and live in the heart of Cheshire.
