Matt has worked with Technology for nearly 30 years, having started his career with Royal Insurance on their market leading Graduate Training programme in 1993, which gave him early exposure to all aspects of IT.

He then chose a career path that took him from Software Developer, to System Designer and Architect, before shifting towards Senior Leadership roles with Moneysupermarket.com, The Hut Group, Manchester Airport Group, Cox Automotive and EMaC.

In 2018, he created Stepthinking Ltd, with the ambition of working with Clients who seek success by the pragmatic application of Common Sense, experience-based strategies, and who share his values of fair play, integrity and respect for others.
